Prior to establishing the company, Adrian Clark, Principal of CSS, was a Senior Executive in Oil and Gas with more than 30 years wide ranging experience, more than 15 of which were in key leadership roles in Manufacturing, Supply and Trading businesses in both Australia and Asia.  These varied from operational roles with direct P&L accountability to senior functional roles providing strategic direction.

Over this period Adrian demonstrated an ability to manage business in both growth and turnaround situations, to effectively engage stakeholders and lead teams through the change process, and to deliver performance.

He has wide experience building and sustaining relationships in a variety of cross cultural settings and international markets, and in influencing at a senior level. He is an innovative, strategic thinker who brings rigour and discipline to any business project
